Description
The PC 65 pneumatic crimping machine is suitable for crimping a wide range of contacts. The crimping process is initiated using a foot switch, allowing the operator to keep both hands free to easily place the conductor and contact. With the two-step operation, the contact can be fixed before crimping, making it simple and precise to process complex contacts.
Features:
- User-friendly: Frequently used settings can be stored via the touchscreen.
- Safe and precise: Pressure and displacement sensors monitor crimping force and die closing movement. If any deviations occur, the process automatically stops, and an error message appears on the display.
- Light and mobile: The handle and lightweight design make the PC 65 ideal for various workstations.
- Quick die changes: Dies can be quickly and easily replaced.
- Versatility: In addition to standard dies, custom designs are also available.
Benefits:
- Easy operation
- Compact and powerful
- Wide selection of crimp profiles
- Precise positioning with aids
- Low energy costs due to optimized air pressure control
