The Rittmeyer All Round Auto K2 is a programmable rotary wire stripping machine that combines speed, precision and ease of use. Its advanced Six-Tec blade technology uses six blades to give a firm grip and even pressure on the cable, which makes it ideal for round wires and difficult cables. On the intuitive 5″ touchscreen you can easily set cable-specific parameters and save processing programs to use again.

The All Round Auto K2 is designed for efficient cable processing in professional production environments. Adjustable clamping force, sensor or foot pedal operation and USB data backup make the machine highly flexible. It can also be fitted with extra functions on request to match your production requirements exactly.

New: optional LAN interface for centralized recipe management
The optional LAN interface connects the All Round Auto K2 to your local network. You can then retrieve the active recipe, and manage, back up and transfer recipe data from one central location to one or more machines. This is especially useful if you work with several workstations, several machines or recurring jobs:

• Centralized recipe management: create, maintain and store your recipes in one place, then distribute them to all your All Round Auto machines.
• Always the right version: everyone works with the same synchronized recipes. This prevents errors caused by outdated or inconsistent versions.
• Faster job changes: send recipes to the machine over the network, without a USB stick. For example, when a barcode is scanned at the workstation, your system recognizes the job and sends the correct recipe to the machine right away.
• Greater process transparency: link scan times to recipes so you can easily trace and analyze your production processes afterwards.

The expansion package includes the LAN interface (hardware), two Windows programs for testing and controlling the connection, and interface documentation for integration into your existing system.
