Combined with precise nitrogen control and efficient cooling modules, you achieve perfect heat distribution and consistent results — with significantly lower energy consumption than conventional systems.

        Intuitive operation and Industry 4.0 connectivity

        The HOTFLOW THREE is equipped with an industrial PC with touchscreen and the latest ERSASOFT 5 software. This allows you to easily set your soldering programmes and monitor real-time process data per zone. Via Kurtz Ersa GATE, the machine is fully Industry 4.0-ready: you can link data directly to your MES system or cloud environment for full traceability and process monitoring.

        Smart maintenance and maximum uptime

        The three-step SMART Cleaning System with SMART ELEMENTS®, SMART PYROLYSIS CLEANER and SMART CONDENSATION UNIT ensures longer maintenance intervals and higher OEE values. Residual materials are automatically collected in the preheating, peak and cooling zones, reducing cleaning time and increasing productivity.

        Flexible transport system for every production

        The HOTFLOW THREE is available with 16, 20 or 26 heating zones and offers both single-track and dual-track transport options. This allows you to process printed circuit boards up to 650 mm wide (single track) or up to 2 × 300 mm (dual track). Thanks to the programmable centre support and easily accessible cooling and filter systems, your line remains stable, maintenance-friendly and ready for future expansions.
