        The SawInspect System 6 (SIS 6) is a compact and advanced quality assurance system for the wire processing industry. It combines three high-performance Schleuniger quality components into a single, integrated solution for fast and precise crimp cross-section analysis.

        Three Essential Components

        • SawPolish Unit (SPU 6) – Precision cutter for an ultra-clean cut with no polishing required.
        • MacroZoom Unit (MZU 1.3) – High-quality microscope for detailed inspection.
        • ElectrolyteStaining Unit (ESU 6) – Electrolytic staining for optimal visibility of details.

        Efficient and User-Friendly

        • Fast processing: Sample is placed, aligned, and sawed immediately.
        • Unique saw blade eliminates the need for polishing.
        • Guide rail system moves the holder directly to the microscope.
        • Precise 90º rotation for a perfect view of the cross-section.
        • CrimpLab Standard software for measuring and analyzing all contact parameters.

        Flexible Applications

        • Can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated into a CrimpCenter automated processing machine.
        • Variety of sample holders and optional 0.2 mm VHM cutting blade for different crimp contacts.

        The SIS 6 minimizes processing steps and movements, delivering faster and more efficient results.
