        The S1441 sealing module significantly improves processing speed, stability, and quality when inserting standard seals and mini seals. This next-generation module offers high productivity with intuitive operation and short setup times.

        Key features:

        • Enhanced safety and accuracy: Includes air pressure monitoring, automatic seal trace detection, integrated seal position and strip quality monitoring, and continuous image evaluation.
        • High productivity: Capable of processing up to 450 sealing variants, especially mini seals.
        • Reliable reproducibility: Parameters are stored directly on the Smart Seal Track SST.
        • Flexible processing options: In the S1441 G version, the maximum seal diameter for cable processing can be increased from 10 to 18 mm, and the maximum seal length from 11 to 21 mm.

        The S1441 is the ideal choice for demanding sealing processes, offering maximum accuracy and process stability.
