Description
The VERSAFLOW 3/45 is Ersa’s leading high-end selective soldering system, designed for integration into modern inline production environments. This third generation within the VERSAFLOW series combines unmatched flexibility with maximum efficiency thanks to a fully modular platform.
The basic version features flux, preheat, and solder modules with a segmented transport system. Depending on the desired throughput, additional modules can be added — up to 22 printed circuit boards simultaneously in processing. With the dual transport option, you can double the capacity without taking up extra space, while segmentation of the preheating further increases productivity.
The VERSAFLOW 3/45 offers both mini-wave for maximum flexibility and multi-wave soldering for high-volume production. Thanks to the parallel process structure — in which fluxing, preheating, and soldering take place independently — product changes are possible without downtime, even with multi-wave processes.
With up to four spray heads, five preheating modules (with optional convection heating at the top) and a fully configurable modular design, the VERSAFLOW 3/45 is one of the most versatile and future-proof soldering platforms on the market. The system is IPC-CFX certified and ideal for integration with assembly stations and automation peripherals.
In short, the VERSAFLOW 3/45 delivers maximum throughput, precision, and process control in a single scalable inline solution — the standard for professional electronics manufacturing.
