Description
The VERSAFLOW 4 XL is Ersa’s high-end selective soldering system for exceptionally large and highly integrated printed circuit boards — up to 1,200 x 610 mm. Ideal for applications such as control panels, LED technology, and 5G electronics, where process reliability and soldering quality are crucial.
Thanks to the highly flexible Ersa modular system, the VERSAFLOW 4 XL offers virtually unlimited configuration options. The system can be fully tailored to production requirements and is easily expandable. With features such as dual pot with Y/Z variable motion, power convection, automatic nozzle activation, and the award-winning ERSASOFT 5 interface with integrated CAD Assistant 4, the VERSAFLOW 4 XL delivers maximum control, accuracy, and ease of use.
The machine is IPC-CFX certified and designed for inline production where efficiency and traceability are key. Combined with parallel processing, throughput can be up to three times faster without compromising flexibility or quality.
