Description
The VERSAPRINT 2 ELITE has been developed as a robust and user-friendly solution for the accurate application of solder paste or adhesive in SMT assembly lines, with an emphasis on precision, flexibility, and efficiency. Thanks to the combination of an area camera with dual illumination (direct and diffuse), the printer can reliably recognize and position even complex PCB structures.
With a maximum substrate size of 680 × 500 mm and an inspection area of up to 550 × 500 mm, the machine is suitable for a wide range of production applications. The two independent squeegee heads with adjustable pressure control and the fully pneumatic clamping and pressure system ensure consistent and repeatable printing results with an accuracy of ±25 µm.
The short changeover time – setup within 10 minutes and product change in less than 2 minutes – makes the ELITE ideal for modern production lines where flexibility is key. Designed for environments where an SPI inspection system is already in place, the printer offers a cost-effective solution without unnecessary features.
In addition, the VERSAPRINT 2 ELITE can be expanded with various options such as automatic stencil cleaning, camera-controlled pin positioning, temperature and humidity control, and closed-loop feedback.
