Description
The VERSAPRINT 2 PRO² is designed for production environments where maximum inspection and process reliability are required. Thanks to its fast 2D LIST line scan camera technology, this printer can perform a 100% inspection immediately after printing, which detects deviations in solder paste or adhesive prints at an early stage and thus prevents defects in later assembly.
The machine supports substrates from a minimum of 50 × 50 mm to a maximum of 680 × 500 mm, with an inspection area of approximately 550 × 500 mm. The print head consists of two independent squeegee units with an adjustable pressure of 0-230 N, resulting in a print accuracy of ±25 µm (6σ) and a repeatability of ±12.5 µm (6σ). Changeover times are very short: setup in less than 10 minutes, product change within 2 minutes.
In addition, features such as pneumatic top clamp, automatic stencil bottom cleaning, camera-controlled positioning, and retrofit options are available — making the PRO² future-proof. In short: if you work in a line where accurate inspection + process feedback is essential, the VERSAPRINT 2 PRO² is a powerful solution.
