Description

The UNIC-GV is an electro-pneumatically driven stripping and crimping machine that processes wire end ferrules on reels in five different cross-sections, with no conversion or die change required. Wire end ferrules in the cross-section range of 0.5 to 2.5 mm² and crimp lengths of 8 or 10 mm can be processed without downtime: simply select the desired cross-section on the touch display. Wire-end ferrules on reels for multi-standard cables can also be processed with the UNIC-GV.

Thanks to the transparent panelling of the core feeder, you always have a clear view of the process, and integrated process monitoring during ferrule processing ensures consistent quality. The machine is equipped for up to 23,000 ferrules, and with speed mode you achieve a cycle time of just 1.5 seconds.
