Description
The basic model Delta 220 is a programmable crimping machine equipped with crimp force control and manual crimp height adjustment. Optionally, the machine is available with a stripe unit and a bad contact cutter. The Delta 220 provides high repeatability and process quality thanks to its precise mechanics and the integration of CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring, which reliably detects missing strands, incorrect cables, or insulation in the cable crimp.
Key Features:
- Manual crimp height adjustment: Ensures very precise and reproducible settings, minimizing operator input.
- CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring: Reliable detection of missing strands, incorrect cables, or insulation in the cable crimp.
- No cable movement during the process: Advantageous for pre-assembled cables, enhancing process stability.
- Intuitive graphical user interface: Provides context-sensitive help, language selection, and user rights for easy operation.
- Increased storage capacity: Up to 5,000 articles can be stored, improving efficiency.
- Optional extensions: Stripe unit, bad contact cutter, and suction unit can be added for additional functionality.
QCenter Software:
- Integrates crimp height and pull-out force measuring devices into the production process and ensures production is only released when target and actual values match.
- Prevents costly production errors by eliminating manual data entry and ensuring production starts only when measurement values are within required tolerances.
- Identification function and barcode integration: Measuring devices such as Komax 341 or Q1210 can be used together on up to 20 crimpers.
- Real-time data transfer to MES: Measurement data can be sent via the MIKO interface to an MES for storage and evaluation.
- Komax Print: Automatically generates a measurement report during production and stores it locally.
