Description
The programmable Delta 260 can perform a seal, strip the wire, and crimp a terminal in one cycle. It features crimp force monitoring, automatic crimp height adjustment, and a bad contact cutter. The Delta 260 combines three process steps into one, making it efficient and precise for cable processing.
Key Features:
- Three processes in one: Places seals, strips the wire, and crimps the terminal in one cycle.
- Crimp force monitoring: CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring ensures process reliability.
- Precise mechanics: Offers high repeatability and quality control.
- No cable movement: The cable remains stationary during processing, advantageous for pre-assembled cables.
- Intuitive operation: The graphical user interface provides context-sensitive help, language selection, and user rights.
- Reproducible settings: Programmable settings allow for reproducibility, minimizing operator input.
- Increased storage capacity: Up to 5,000 items can be stored for greater efficiency.
- Optional expansions: The Delta 260 can be equipped with an optional suction unit and a sequential function for added flexibility.
QCenter Software:
- Integrates crimp height and pull-out force measuring devices into the production process and releases production only when target and actual values match.
- Prevents production errors by eliminating manual data entry and ensures production starts only when measurement values are within required tolerances.
- Identification function and barcode integration: With the simple identification function and optional barcode scanner integration, measuring devices for crimp height and pull-out force, such as Komax 341 or Q1210, can be used together on up to 20 crimpers.
- Real-time data transfer to MES: Measurement data can be sent via the MIKO interface to an MES for storage and evaluation.
- Komax Print: Automatically generates a measurement report during production and stores it locally.
