        Description

        The Z+F AI 02 S3 is an electric motor-driven wire stripping machine designed for automatic stripping of multi-core cables in a single operation.

        Thanks to the unique Spezialeinführtrichter (special feed funnel), two- or three-core cables can be fed in simultaneously and stripped of their insulation in a single cycle. This significantly reduces processing time and increases productivity, especially for serial work.

        By rotating the blades, the minimum stripping length can be reduced to 3 mm, ideal for applications with short connections or limited space. The AI 02 S3 combines precision, speed, and ease of use in a low-maintenance design, suitable for workshops and assembly departments where efficiency is key.
