Description
The Schleuniger Strip Series B240 is a versatile rotary stripping machine that offers maximum precision when stripping coaxial, multi-conductor, sensor, and microcoax cables. With its two rotating blades, the B240 processes cable cross-sections from 0.013 to 13 mm² (AWG 36–6) and diameters up to 9 mm, with a maximum stripping length of 80 mm and a pulling length of 40 mm.
The machine is equipped with a high-resolution 5″ color touchscreen and intuitive S.Drive B Series software, which allows parameters such as cutting depth, clamping force, and incising diameter to be set quickly.
Thanks to the highly sensitive trigger sensor, processing starts automatically when the cable is inserted, ensuring a smooth workflow without mechanical adjustments.
The B240 stands out for its wide material compatibility—from PUR and PVC to PTFE, FEP, Teflon®, and textile jackets—and its excellent reproducibility. Thanks to the universal clamps and blades, there is no need to switch between cable types, which minimizes downtime.
Optionally, the machine can be expanded with an air kit for extracting cutting residues, an automation interface, or a multiconductor option set for sheathing and inner conductor stripping in a single sequence.
