        Description

        The Schleuniger JacketStrip 8310 is a versatile jacket stripping machine specially designed for the precise cutting and removal of cable jackets on a wide range of cable types. Thanks to the innovative floating blade system, the blades follow the cable contour exactly – ideal for both round and non-round cables, without risk of damage to the underlying layers.

        With a single universal radial and axial cutting head, both circular and axial cuts can be made, making it easy to remove the sheath in a second operation.
        The digital readout of the cutting depth (axial and radial) and the intelligent four-jaw cable centring with retraction function ensure consistent precision with every cycle.

        Operation is via an intuitive colour touch screen, which allows settings to be quickly saved or adjusted. Thanks to the short cycle times (from 2 seconds) and the universal blade design, no changes are necessary – significantly increasing productivity and minimising downtime.

        The JacketStrip 8310 can process various materials, including PVC, PUR, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel® and Kapton®, and is fully compatible with automation interfaces and foot switches for ergonomic use.
