The KTR 10 is a compact, operator-controlled taping machine and serves as the entry-level model for spot-taping pre-fixed cables and simple cable sets with long branches.

The KTR 10 is a low-maintenance, reliable, compact machine that requires only minimal training. Speed is easily regulated using the foot pedal. Thanks to the roller pre-feed, overlaps are maintained consistently, and the constant tension keeps the tape wrinkle-free, while the integrated cutting device saves time.

The winding speed is 2-3 times higher than with hand-held equipment, and compared to manual processing, material savings of 25% are achieved. On request, Komax also produces numerous options for the KTR 10 that improve flexibility and process safety in wire set production — including double taping, which allows simultaneous processing of, for example, aluminium and PVC tape.
