        Description

        The M1650 tube marking module prints marking tubes and pushes them onto the cable. Designed for machines from the new Zeta 6×0 series, this module can be fully integrated into the fully automated production of cable harnesses, such as with the Zeta cable processing machines.

        • Time-saving and high quality: Changing thermal transfer ribbon and tubes in less than five minutes ensures maximum efficiency.
        • Flexibility in tube types: Processes flat, oval, and round tubes.
        • Legibility of markings: Markings can be rotated and repositioned for optimal visibility, especially useful in switchboard construction.
        • Durability: Thermal transfer printing ensures long-lasting markings.
        • Reliable color marking: Through the thermal transfer marking unit.
        • Precise placement: Tubes are precisely placed on the cable using a mandrel and funnel for optimal positioning.
