Description

The ASSCON VP320 is a compact top-loader vapour phase soldering system. It’s designed for laboratories, R&D departments, prototype production and small series. The workpiece carrier takes single- and double-sided PCB assemblies up to 370 × 330 mm, with a maximum product height of 60 mm.

Preheating and soldering take place in an oxygen-free environment. This prevents oxidation and gives you reliable solder joints. A Siemens controller runs the process fully automatically. Two selectable heating power levels (50% and 100%) let you match the heating gradient to your product. The large viewing window lets you follow the soldering process closely.

The VP320 is very easy to install. Thanks to its integrated air cooling, you don’t need a water connection. A standard 230 V connection is all it takes, so no three-phase power is needed. An external exhaust system isn’t needed either. Its compact size means it fits in any workspace and is up and running quickly. The connected load is 2.0 kW and the average energy consumption is 1.1 kWh.
