The ASSCON VP810 has been specially developed for prototyping, laboratories, and small-scale production. Thanks to its extremely compact size (only 1.45 × 0.76 m), it fits into almost any production setup. With a universal loadable work carrier format (610 × 460 mm), you can switch flexibly between different assemblies. In addition, the machine uses vapor phase soldering, allowing you to achieve reliable results without overheating or underheating.

Multi Vacuum technology for optimal results

The optional VP810 Vacuum variant is equipped with patented Multi Vacuum technology that allows you to achieve void percentages below 1%. The vacuum module is cleverly designed (“Clean Vacuum Technology”), low-maintenance, located outside the soldering area, and can be retrofitted. This gives you the flexibility to use this option when your production volume or requirements increase.

Efficient, flexible, and smart maintenance

The VP810 consumes an average of only 1.8 kWh (standard model) or 2.2 kWh (vacuum variant), reaches operating temperature after approximately 30 and 60 minutes, respectively, and offers intelligent features such as automatic peak temperature detection, internal memory for 25 programmable soldering profiles, and an option for a code scanner for traceability. The robust design, permanent filtration, and universal work carrier make the machine easy to maintain and ready for continuous use.
