Description
The Omega 745 machines stand out from the Omega 740/750 by featuring a fully automated transport system for laying down the cable harnesses. As with all models in the Omega series, the automatic cable assembly in the Omega 745 can be individually customized to meet customer requirements. The machines mainly differ in the number of available modules (five module options for the Omega 745).
Key Features:
- Fully automated transport system: For efficient laying down of cable harnesses and integration of later processes.
- Modularity: The Omega 745 can be customized with five different modules to meet specific production needs.
- Flexible process integration: Later processes can easily be integrated thanks to the transport system already available in the factory.
- Quality and cost-effectiveness: With the elimination of manual steps and precise processing technology, the machine meets changing demands and continuous miniaturization, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness and quality assurance.
- Automatic secondary locking: Additional features for higher levels of automation and safety.
- Uninterrupted production: Flexible housing rail system for continuous production.
- Insertion process monitoring: Force sensors ensure maximum accuracy during the insertion process.
- Interim storage: Cable harnesses are carefully stored for further production.
