Description
The Zeta 640 is built for high productivity in cabinet building. Thanks to five process modules and three shuttles working in parallel, you can process up to 36 different wire types without changeover, both just-in-time and from batch size 1, with consistently high quality.
The three integrated blade pairs cover the entire cross-section range, enabling production without changeover. Optional incision monitoring (ACD) continuously checks quality during the process. If desired, batches can be automatically sorted and bundled in a single process step, and wires are prepared for further processing by sequence or batch.
For finishing, up to two inkjet printers automatically mark the wires in black and a second color, with optional tube labeling for extra clear identification.
