Pick & Place platform for customized automation
With flexible control software, it offers maximum stability and reliability for customer-specific handling and assembly tasks.
The module can be equipped with up to 2 pick & place heads.
In addition, up to 2 dosing heads can be integrated, for example to apply adhesive in a production cell and to assemble components without moving the workpiece carrier.
The portal consists of X, Y, Z and R axes with integrated vacuum suction for the pick & place of the components. For the centering of components, a laser centering can optionally be integrated directly at the pick & place head. In addition, the stationary vision system provides a solution for various detection and correction tasks. The control takes place via an industrial PC with the help of an intuitive operating software. This ensures maximum stability and offers a large number of features.
